A lecture performance about Obdurance Art, a subcurrent of artisitc activity originating in the mid-19th Century which touches on and has influenced fields as diverse as performance art, degree-zero dance, social psychology, avant-garde theatre, conceptual and participatory art, ludic studies, Hybridism, OULIPO, and early 20th Century Russian Absurdism.
