With the help of a team of interns, C.O.T.E. (Complication of the Everyday) researched how to complicate the production of lemonwater (water with lemon juice). Water sources and collection, transportation of lemons, extraction of lemon juice, mixing of lemon juice with water and many other factors were investigated.
Visitors also contributed to the research by filling out the C.O.T.E. thought exercise forms.
